KITCHEN CABINET

ASTAR WET PAINT APPLICATION CABIN
The paste and sanding process is the cabinet that should be used for the application of wet paint. LAST PAINT PAINT APPLICATION CABIN

In these cabins, there is a need for 20 ° C – 24 ° C temperature for acrylic paints. In order to achieve this temperature value, the ventilation heating unit is activated. The air velocity in this cabin is calculated as 0.2 m / s from each point.
When applying the final coat wet paint in the cabin, the fresh air coming from the top of the cabin adheres the paint particles into the chemical doped water inside the vessel under the cabin. From here, the same primer delivers to exhaust units as in the paint application cabinet. This process works continuously. There is no reason to damage the nature, people and materials in these cabins.
The periodic general maintenance of these cabins, filters and chemical added water change times are done regularly without passing the materials will be out of the cabins.
These cabins work in accordance with the norms and statutes requested by the relevant ministries.
DRYING OVEN
In the painting cabinet, the finished materials are taken to the drying oven. For acrylic paints, drying process is started at the temperature of 60 ° C – 80 ° C at the time of drying. By adjusting the desired drying degree and time, the material is baked. The system stops itself automatically after the drying time has ended. After this process, the material is ready for shipment.
Drying cabinet drying process is performed while the solvent gas trapped in the cabinet is thrown out by the solvent fan. This continues to work without disturbing the pressure balance inside the cabinet.
