Our company, which started operating in 2006, produces and installs auto-minibus bus-heavy vehicle wet paint application and drying cabinets, electrostatic dust and wet paint plants, industrial painting facilities, furniture plants and spray cleaning lines. It designs and designs its designs according to the information received from the customer. Our aim is to be able to do exactly the same with the project we offer. Cars, Minibus, Bus, Heavy Duty Painting and Drying Cabinets
While the system in this type of painting and drying cabinets is the same, the ventilation capacity is variable due to their size. In this type of cabins, the system is equipped with a ramp, channel or diagonel (side suction) system. If the system pulls out the air from the side, pulls out of the ramp or pulls it out of the channel, it is not the dust being thrown out. This type of cabins filter the fresh air from outside and warm it up to the desired degree, then filter it back into the cabin. The paint applied inside firstly adheres to the filter filter inside the exhaust air filter which is escaped to the dust trap filter inside the cabinet. The solvent from the exhaust chimney is not solvent. It works in accordance with the relevant Ministry regulations. The aim is to ensure that the material is painted in a homogeneous environment while allowing the personnel to paint in a clean environment. The system is designed to finish the painting process in the same cabinet.
Electrostatic Powder, Wet Paint Plants and Spray Cleaning Lines
When these facilities are produced, a facility project is designed according to the technical specifications and maximum material dimensions of the company and speed calculation is made in m / min according to the capacity requested by the company. According to the weight and weight of the material, the choice of conveyor should be selected as Webb or Cardan. It is necessary to know how to clean the material before the application of powder coating. If manual cleaning is to be done, the washing line is not included in the project. However, it is the correct material to be cleaned by applying the correct processes. Number of hulls for the selected washing line: fe-phosphate, zn-phosphate, chromate, etc. According to the coating the chemist is determined by the firm’s recommendation. For the complete line of the calculations, the cycle is as follows: Spray cleaning or immersion type cleaning line followed by drying oven, powder coating application or wet paint application and finally cooking oven. In the same way, if the wet paint application is done, it enters the drying oven. Maximum 200ºC in the baking oven, the temperature in the drying oven must be maximum 110ºC. Powder coating booths are designed to be used in both manual and automatic robots. This is also the case with the electrostatic water curtain wet paint application cabinet. The places that the robot cannot see are painted by hand in the form of a retouch.
Industrial Painting Plants
If we talk about these facilities very briefly, we usually produce furniture, advertising, white goods, defense industry and so on. used in sectors. First of all, the finished products are sanding, putty, primer paint, top coat, wet paint application and drying cabinet. In such facilities, the system is designed as a water filter or filter, and there are positive pressure operated plants with homogeneous air distribution everywhere.
